Ordering and payments

Once you’ve selected the items you want, navigate to your cart to finalize your order. You need to create an account, or log in with your existing account, to place an order. This makes it easier for you and us to track your order, from the moment you place the order to the moment the postman knocks on your door.

There are 3 ways to pay:

iDeal is for Dutch customers only. You can transfer the amount to us through your own bank’s website. Follow the instructions after placing the order.

PayPal offers the option to transfer money from your bank account to ours, or to pay with credit card. You will first need to set up a Paypal account if you don’t have one yet.

Manual Payment means you need to transfer the money to our account manually. This usually takes longer than our other options, so your shipment might be delayed by several days. After placing an order, you will receive payment instructions by email.

Shipping and Delivery

As soon as your payment is received and processed, we will start preparing your order. When we send out your items, we will notify you of the estimated arrival date by email.

Orders for multiple items can take longer to assemble before we’re able to ship them to you. The shipping times for the items as displayed on the item pages are an indication, and apply to European destinations only. Shipments outside of Europe may take several days or weeks longer, depending on the destination. If you want to know how fast we will be able to ship to your country, please email us.

If, for any reason, your order is being delayed, we will notify you by email.

After placing an order, you can check its status on your account page.

Returns and Exchanges Policy

Returns

You may return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, and may not have been worn, washed or ironed.

Send us an email stating which items you wish to return, and wait for our reply. Only after our email confirmation you can return purchased items for a refund. We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, request a replacement by sending us an email.
