Jules Blaine Davis is a mother of two, an artist in many realms with a background in performing arts, painting, poetry, healing, movement and meditation.

What are your top 5 tips for healthy living?
PERMISSION (the verb & the noun)

What is your favorite detox?
OH! i need one of those! wait, do i?
What does living wholly mean to you?
All of the above and so much more. tending to rituals that
have meaning to me, my story, my values. remembering. remembering. remembering. 

What are your top best “at home” health remedies?
Laughing at myself and my go to’s are cinnamon bark tea, stinging nettle tea with manuka honey for colds, saute pear for a cough…. Baking soda and epsom salt baths for clearing energies taken on in the day…. 

What super natural gift would you most like to possess?

In your next life, what would you choose to come back as?
Whatever the world needs. 

Who inspires you or your practice?
Wow. So many. Beauty. Ocean. People. Vulnerable people. Heroes. Everyday heroes. Poets. Those who have walked thru the fire. The kindness of strangers. 

What is your present state of mind?
Tired & grateful. Always grateful. No matter what. 

What music are you listening to right now?
A quiet house (such a great song)….

What are you reading right now?
No mud, no lotus.
If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why?
Italy. Because it’s time. 

What has been your favorite discovery on a trip?
Wherever I go, I love being nourished….I love being taken care of in the way they take care…. I learn so much about people by the way they nourish…..

What is/are your, “must haves,” while traveling?
Peppermint & lavender oils, calms forte by highlands for sleep,  I usually wear family jewelry on the plane to feel my ancestors with me….. the energy feels good for traveling. 

What is your favorite quote?
Oh so many. loving this one: “living is a form of not being sure, not knowing what next or how. the moment you know how, you begin to die a little. the artist never entirely knows. we guess. we may be wrong, but we take leap after leap in the dark.” —agnes demille

What is your personal motto?
I don’t think I have one of those. If I do, right now, today, it would be slow down. 

What is your idea of earthly happiness?
All of us understanding the impact we make, knowing our values & respecting each other.
