How are you serving the world and contributing your gifts?

I help people find happiness inside where it truly resides and I do that through meditation and inner practices, inspiration through the Shine, writing, etc.

What was the pivotal experience that led you to practicing and teaching meditation?

Meeting my teacher. I was inspired by the fact that he embodied the happiness that I was seeking.

What was your inspiration with the Shine?

It was the inspiration itself. It ties along with the quote by Emerson, "Our chief want is someone who will inspire us to be what we know we could be."

It is about creating an experience built by people for each person to be who they know they can be.

What is the one quality you want to be remembered by during this life?

That I left the world a better place then when I found it.

What does living wholly mean to you?

Living in alignment with nature, being inclusive, being socially and environmentally responsible.

What are your top 3 tips for living a healthy, fulfilling life?

    1. Surround yourself with healthy people

    2. Meditate

    3. Follow your heart

What is your self-care practice?

All of the above

What teachers have you worked with and/or currently work with to inspire and support your evolution in consciousness?

Currently Tom Knoll, meditation teacher.

What has been the most challenging experience in your life that turned out to be the most meaningful opportunity to your life's path?

Being rejected as a model when I worked in fashion. I got rejected a lot, but it  helped me develop thick skin and learn to not let anything stand in the way of following my heart.

What is your super-natural gift?

The ability to explain complicated concepts in a simple way.

Who inspires you?

Anyone who follows their heart

What music are you currently listening to?

I listen to a lot of stand up comedy when I work out. When I listen to music though it is usually Kanye West.

What is your present state of mind?

Trying to be in the moment as much as possible.

What are you reading right now?

Walter Isaacson's biography of Einstein, Einstein: His Life and Universe

If you could travel anywhere in the world where would you go and why?

I would go to South America, because I have never been there.

What has been your most memorable revelation while traveling?

          That you're never alone.

What are your "must haves" while traveling?

          Smart phone and eye mask

          What is your favorite quote?
